MDCAT Test Date Schedule
The MDCAT Test date will be announced by PMDC. The MDCAT 2024 test date is expected to be 27 August 2024.
MDCAT Test Structure
Subjects Tested: Biology, Chemistry, Physics, English, and Logical Reasoning.
Duration: The test lasts for 3 hours and 30 minutes.
Scoring: The score range is from 0 to 200.

PMDC MDCAT
Provincial medical entrance exams were conducted. In Punjab the University of Health Sciences, Lahore, conducted the MDCAT. Balochistan BUMHS, In Sindh, the DUHS conducted separate entry tests. In Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, KMU conducted the provincial medical entrance exam. In 2022, the mode of examination shifted back to pen-and-paper based, and provinces gained authority to conduct the exam through their respective admitting universities.

Merit Formula
MDCAT marks in the overall merit calculations is important as it accounting for 50% in the total MDCAT Aggregate. HSSC/FSc/equivalent exam score (40%) and the SSC/Equivalent exam score (10%).
